Who is Peter Gerlach?

Peter Gerlach is a talented international strategist, executive coach, author and speaker who believes in a life long learning organizational attitude through continuously expanding our horizons.

His speciality is in leadership development, particularly in relation to the New World Order. 

Peter has years of extensive experience in people development, professional consulting, sales and executive coaching, across a wide range of business sectors. This means that he has gravitas and a pragmatic approach that makes a difference to the organizations he works with. Through his personal, thought provoking, practical and down-to-earth style, Peter is engaging and communicates with authority, absolute conviction and passion.

Peter has held key positions in blue chip organizations such as the Center for High Performance Development, a specialist leadership and management consultancy for assessment and development of leaders, where he was a Client Director, Frost & Sullivan - The Growth Partnership Company, Kaplan Hawksmere professional learning consultancy, Elsevier Publishing and Royal Mail International. His expertise has made a positive impact on international clients from large blue chip multinationals to small and medium enterprizes at all levels and in many cultures worldwide. 

Peter speaks English and German fluently, is a fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, a founder member of the Professional Speakers Association and currently President at his local Toastmasters Speakers club in London that he founded in 2004.

Additionally, Peter has co-authored the German version of "Positive Thinking from A-Z" (Positives Denken von A-Z) together with the one of the best-known authors and speakers in teh European personal development seminar scene, Ms. Vera F. Birkenbihl. His latest book is called "The Black Belt Executive Workbook - Life Tools for your Personal and Business Success".

Peter is happily married with two children and lives in Surrey, United Kingdom.
