This is not a group whereby you get invited to spend nights in a luxurious hotel to hear speakers, listen to what they are saying, get motivated and do nothing or very little with the information afterwards. This is about doing; getting results for others, their business as well as yourself and for your business. It is about holding yourself accountable for your actions in front of the other members.
The group will get together once a month and here are the logistics:

In order to be effective, the group will meet once a month. |
| Topics: |
The subject and what will be discussed will be agreed in the previous meeting. Each member will leave after every meeting with at least three action points to put into practice in the 'real world'. Results and learning experiences will be discussed and shared in the following meeting. |
| Lenght: |
Each meeting will last about 60 to 90 minutes and will be held at least monthly. |
| Investment: |
FREE, (a small fee may be charged in order to cover room hire charges and drinks if necessary). |
| Accountability: |
You are accountable to yourself and the group. |
| First Meeting: |
The programme starts on 1st March 2010 and will end on 28th February 2011. |

It depends where the members are located, it may run in a hotel, in someone's living room, a back of a pub or some other meeting place.
It is mostly important that it is a quiet and comfortable place. If members are from various parts of the world, a virtual meeting may be arranged, preferably with a live web cam so everyone can see each other.
